Every organization has them: employees who excel at the technical aspects of their roles but have difficulty working well with others. These employees can stress out coworkers and inhibit progress. However, there is hope. With the desire to change and the right coaching, employees can improve their soft skills and better contribute to their organizations. AGH’s Daniel White will present the steps and specific resources supervisors can use during the coaching process as well as what to do if problems arise.
